Key points
Our role as your agency
Destinova acts as an intermediary between you and the final providers of services, such as airlines, hotels, wholesalers, carriers, and operators. We arrange the services specified in your agreement on your behalf and at your request, subject to availability at the time.
Bookings and payment
For domestic bookings made 65 days or more in advance, a minimum deposit of $1,000.00 MXN per traveler is requested at confirmation, followed by the percentage and payment schedule provided. Full payment is generally due no later than 20 calendar days before departure. Different conditions may apply to international trips, special trips, high seasons, groups, events, concerts, cruises, tours, and personalized services.
Cancellations and penalties
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Penalties depend on how far in advance cancellation is requested and on supplier policies.
Travel documents
Each traveler is responsible for holding the passports, visas, permits, and immigration or health requirements needed. Destinova can guide you through the process.
Prices and exchange rates
Services quoted in foreign currency are converted to Mexican pesos according to the exchange rate in effect at the time of each payment. Deposits and partial payments do not by themselves fix the final price in pesos.
